Rights Guys the release of FM2006 is only 12 days away and we will be looking to stat the new league the first week after release. (Date and times to be decided shortly). But we need to decide now is what teams are not allowed to be picked. It has been decided first of all the Divisions to be played are the English Prem and Championship with the lower leagues open for future jobs. It will be too much hassle to run other leagues in with this and would be difficult in regards to data collection.

The first option in regards to team picking is in regards to the Team Generator, this is compulsory and will be done in this way to give everyone a fair chance.

What we need to decide however is what teams will not be in the mix.

1) Teams that finished 1-6 in the Premiership last Season ( In Real Life) are out of Bounds

or

2) Teams that finished 1-10 in the Prem are out bounds.

Please voted in the poll to decide.

what do people think of this idea

Although we talked a little about it a while ago, I am actually against the idea. It can lead to some problems.

I feel we should leave it as first team drawn from the generator if final. i will be doing the draw live over teamspeak (date to be decided).

I just think having a choice of two teams will give some people some advantages than others.

So I am gonna say that we leave it at one team only.

PL Liverpool 2:0 Bolton
Had plenty of the possession and plenty of chances but not that many on goal. We didn't score until the second half with Kewell putting us a head and Portillo maing sure of the win. Bolton had a few chances and some were very close.

PL Everton 1-2 Liverpool
An exciting derby to look to. Shevchenko with 2 goals and we looked like we had it in the bag, but a silly foul by Reina in the box gave Everton a penalty which Adu converted. Then Everton came at us with everything and we managed to hang on.

Euro Stuggart 0-4 Liverpool
The result says it all, we played them of the park. Portillo, Iniesta x2 and Lauren with is first goal for the club to give us the advantage and more than likely the progress to the next round. 2nd leg to come.

PL Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool
This was the came in hand that I had to win. Shevchenko with another goal to add to his tally. Tottenham did have their chances but couldn't convert.

Euro Liverpool 3-0 Stuggart
Just to make it all official the team which did have many absenties sealed our entry to the next round of the Euro Cup to face Newcastle. Vanden Borre, Iniesta and Crouch where all on the score sheet.

LC Final Liverpool 3-2 Man Utd
Went in to this game with some hope but look like it was going to be more of the usual when playing against Man Utd with Mosguiera scoring after 5 minutes. Here we go.... but the team ralled itself and Bruggink scored a minute later and we were back in the game. The team countered an attack by Man Utd and put Shevchenko through to score and out us in the lead. He scored again in the second half but I was not ruling out a comeback by Man Utd and thought that they were when Dagoberto scored late on. But is was to be the Reds of Liverpool to lift the trophy. MY FIRST TROPHY
=D>

FA Liverpool 1-0 Tottenham
Another game against Tottenham and Alonso scored in this close fought match to get us to the next round to face Everton. Looking forward to that.

Manager Report
An excellent night winning in all competitions, Manager of the Month and winning in the League Cup. Shevchenko has been in sensational form and Cisse is due to return in 3 weeks an although he has been out for 5 months he is only 4 goals behind Henry who is currently the league's top scorer. On top of theprem now by goal difference but have alot of games in a few days. Next up is title chasers Chelsea, then Villa and the Baggies.
The games are starting to pile up and are the injuries but with the way team are playing at the mo anything could happen.

Here go's

PL Liverpool 0-1 Chelsea Lampard (12)
This game was Chelsea's from the beginning and Liverpool only had a few chances on target but nothing significant. Deserved win for Chelsea but hindered my chances at staying on top of the prem.

UEFA Cup Leg 1 Liverpool 2-0 Newcastle Bruggink (14,70)

Good win over the magpies. Stuck to my game plan and got the result. Another goal would have sealed this tie.

UEFA Cup Leg 2 Newcastle 2-5 Liverpool Iniesta (18,47) Pongolle 35 (pen) 61, Kewell 53
Tevez 20(pen), Dyer 34(Pen)

Cracking game with Liverpool going ahead first and then a mad serious of penalty decisions which left the game at 2-2 and then we went on the attack and secured our place in the next round.

PL Villa 3-0 Liverpool
Baros, Barry, Lopez
Simply put as murdered. Villa came out stong won the game from the first goal. Good result for them and means the we loose our olace at the top.

FA Cup Liverpool 3-0 Everton
Pongolle 8,16, Bruggink 81
Great result against the enemy and passed easily to the next round to face Man Utd

PL Liverpool 4-0 West Brom
Cisse 4,39 Alonso 14, Crouch 56
Cracking game with some excellent play through out the team and showed our supieority. Finally got one over Tony.

UEFA Liverpool 2-0 Sevilla
Traore 2, Portillo 89.
Nice win at home to help with the away leg in spain.

UEFA Sevilla 1-2 Liverpool
Carlos 32 Pongolle 65, Cisse 85
Webt behind early on and Sevilla played very well put we waited for our time and got the goals to put us through to the semi against Juventus.

PL Liverpool 1-0 Man City
Iniesta 78
Couldn't seem to get a foothold in this game although we had the more chance but Iniesta stepped in to save our blushes to seal the 3 points.

FA Cup Man Utd 0-1 Liverpool
Cisse 20

Early goal by cisse but this game was end to end with both keepers playing brilliantly. Secured our place in the final against villa and hopefully get revenge against our league defeat.

Manager Report:
A night of mixed results but ended up only 3 points behind leaders Man Utd. In the mix for 2 more trophies. Time will tell

A disappointing start to the season despite dominating for most of the game we took nothing away from the it.The only goal of the game was scored by Rowan Vine after an error by Lee Naylor gifted him the ball he hit the crossbar and it fell straight to his feet for a simple goal.

West Brom 2-2 Sunderland.
Not a great game but the point was good enough in what was a very poor match.

Sunderland 0-1 West Ham Utd
All I can say about this game is poor game, no team conviction and we should have bloody won it. West Ham took their one and only chance and we sqaundered all of ours. Not very happy with the team and they know it.

I knew that was gonna be a tough challange to keep Sunderland in the top flight but now the team is making some silly mistakes and costing us. I am happy with our current position of 13th but we are only 2 points of the relegation zone and if we continue to play like we have been in the last 2 games we could easily sucked in to that zone. Need big improvement from my players next week!!!!
