Next session is sunday at 11.00 Dutch time guys.

As second half of season will start we will see what happens.

* Will Alexis (Sunderland) and his assistant win the Championship???

* How will the fight for promotion and playoff spots go including Kuky (Ipswich), Kozak (Southampton), Mika (Leicester), James (Luton) and NiteEye (Stoke)???

* Can Giff keep up his good work at Southend and maybe even go for the playoffs???

* Will Pavle secure his Barnsley in this league???

We will see on sunday and in 2007!!!

FIRST SEASON IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP OVER

And what a season it has been! It was almost too easy for Sunderland who finished on top of the table, 15 points in front of runners-up West Brom.

Swedish manager Mika Nihtila's Leicester City have qualified for the final of the playoffs, and will play either Kozak's Southampton or Kuky's Ipswich. Southampton have a 2-1 lead from the first leg, but are playing away for the second leg.

Something very strange happened however. The second leg of the semi-final between Ipswich and Southampton was well under way when suddenly all lights in the stadium were switched off. Ipswich were 2-0 up and had one step in the final, but the game will unfortunately (for them) have to be replayed at a later date.

Slovenian manager Kuky could not believe what happened and is convinced that Southampton staff or fans are behind this: 'I can't ****ing believe it' he was heard saying, and 'what a bad joke.'

On a lighter note, Sunderland are already looking for new players, and have secured the signing of ex-Leeds defender Roque Junior on a free transfer. French/Irish manager Alexis Manson also attempted to sign Croatian striker Ivica Olic, again on a Bosman, but the player was refused a work permit.

Manson found it hard to understand this decision: 'Olic is well-known throughout Europe and even the world, and he has played for Croatia 41 times. He is a class player and would add quality to the Premiership. I am flabbergasted. I simply don't understand the FA's decision on this one.'

Southampton confused after bad organisation at semi final playoffs

In what should have been the last game of season for either Ipswich or Southampton ended in a long black story, especially for the home-playing tractor boys.
Quote:
Manager Kozak (Southampton) said he didnt like the way the game going as Southampton team was thrown with stones etc. by the Ipswich fans. Our players and even myself werent feeling good already before the game. There was no security at all at the Ipswich stadium. It wasnt a surprise we went down early on in the game. A fast 2-0 was a disapointment, but still there were chances we could do something back. However the chances were small as we lost our big starplayers Denilson, Bale & Rasiak already before the start of playoffs.

But then the bad condition of the light installation came to an hard end of this game. Rules of FA say replay if not more as 45mins played. Of course Ipswich are not happy with this, but its their own light installation. . Next game wont be easy as well as I expect even more agressive fans of Ipswich then. We see what happens. At least I have a good life insurance.
