Yes you guessed it FMELC is back and ready to dive into FM07 and as usual we will be here until the end. FM07 is looking the best yet but by all means it wont be easy.
There will be plenty of tough times ahead, arguements will happen and there will be times where you just cant take it no more and as a result throw a tantrum and possibly kick your modem out of place if your names John but thats what this game does to you if your losing but if your winning its a different story and you will treated like royalty......well maybe not but you may get a pat on the back from the others.
Our game pits 10 managers against each other in a race to see who is the greatest manager overall and im telling you it aint gonna be me
So heres the gaffers that will hopefully guide there teams to success and there predictions for the first season in FMELC.
Me - Plymouth
Ive got the usual task of turning Plymouth into a world class team that too be quite frankly has never happened to this date yet however with my shed loads of experience so far on FM07 (none) i should have them at least in the premiership in no less than 15 seasons where by then FM08 will be out .
Final position: 16th
Ant Banach - Derby
Gone with his beloved Derby this time will be a tough challenge but with derby being pretty equipt there should be some well known stars falling at his feet after a couple of seasons in.
Final position: 10th
Ben Austin - Fulham
Im suprised at ben with taking a team thats gonna be a different challenge to what spurs were in the past game and with ben not too keen on challenge its going to be alot harder but I have faith in you young one
Final position: 13th
Sandy Pettigrew - Man City
It could of been any team across europe that sandy was to take charge of but its man city that were the team to allow him in despite brief objections from some of the supporters. Should be interesting to see how sandy copes and with Man city built pretty well I expect big things are to come unless he starts buying the hearts squad then god help us .
Final position: 15th
Simon White - West Brom
With not having an everlasting budget like chelsea did Razor will have to loan hundreds of players instead if his transfer budget is to stay in the clear. Crystal Palace didnt work out for him last time so lets hope razor works the magic with West Brom which previous member aida has done so many times in the past.
Final position: 2nd
Danny King - Bolton
After dannys heroics with Everton, Bolton should be over the moon that they have got him as there manager. I dont think the board will have a say in how he manages the club and they will be falling at his feet worshipping him.
Final position: 9th
John 0' Halloran - Everton
With john claiming Everton every match against bolton is gonna be a grudge match. Probably got one of the best teams to start with and if doesnt do too well the board will see that and send him packing also will have to make sure he can make full matches as often drops out due to stupidity :p
Final position: 8th
Mike Law - Reading
Suprised to see mike start off as a premiership club this time around but I just guess the lack of money to start with was getting with him so here he is at newly promoted Reading. Should do well and if he starts building a youth squad like he has done in the future his side should be feared.
The month mike spent away from the pc though may of ruined parts of mikes managing skills.. we can only hope
Final position: 16th
Shaun Jones - Wigan
May have a real ugly logo but they got a pretty solid squad and probably a fair bit of cash lets hope shaun can find the consistancy to do well. Shaun Often doesnt speak very often so dont expect him to play many manager mind games with others and if players of yours get put on shauns shortlist then there is no getting them off
Final position: 12th
Simon Murphy - Middlesbrough
Often refered to as Jose morinho's son as he spends millions of pounds on players he dont need which is probably what he will do in FM07. Is another good manager at spotting young talented players though and will no doubt be fighting with Mike in the youth market.
I better be nice as to si's prediction so that he will loan me many of his players that he rejects
Final position: 7th
So the gaffers aint changed much since FM07 we have kept most the usual players with exception of the return of Simon Murphy welcome back mate
As usual there are rules to abide by and due to our website still being down ive only got them in my imagination and as a tiny little wordpad file but there are too many to list here.
The only slight change in the rule is that our times have now extended on tuesdays being 6.15 until midnight like wednesday was. Monday sessions will still stay the same (6.15 t+t until 7pm) then 7pm start until 11pm.

Following a very disappointing season, Fulham chairman Mohammed Al Fayed felt it was time for a fresh approach to the club, looking to challenge for bigger and better things. Mohammed Al Fayed sent Chris Coleman his marching orders this morning; he wasted very little time in bringing in a fresh new face, Ben Austin.
Ben Austin born and raised in Portsmouth, a life long Tottenham fan is looking to create a new look Fulham, his first task will be to bond with the team and build up the team morale before the big kick off in a months time. Ben Austin was previously living in Italy for a few years working with Italian side Udinese in some part of the back room staff; we are yet to find out what his role at the club was.
Ben Austin has got a pretty decent team at the moment, but still need some signing to fill places. In the summer Fulham lost Steed Malbranque to Tottenham following a fight with previous manager Chris Coleman but compensated slightly with that with the loan signing of Wayne Routledge from Spurs.
We caught up with Ben Austin in an interview:

Ben, how are you feeling at the moment, I understand that it must be pretty hectic, but the question that is on everyone’s minds are is what can you do for club that Chris Coleman couldn’t, I understand it was a rough season for Fulham last year but there is no doubt in my mind that Chris had a big place in Fulham fans hearts.

I know this may come as a major shock to you all but I can tell you I am the right man for the job, I can take Fulham to new heights. Already I am in contact with a few clubs over possible transfers I aim to bring in. Our budget is not high, but as I understand there are a few clubs interested in one or two of our players so possibly this will increase the budget.
I have already brought in Tottenham Hotspurs Wayne Routledge on a season long loan and I am hoping to make this a permanent move come next season. I am not going to speculate on any more transfers, as far as I am concerned its one day at a time from here on.
