"am totally gutted to say at the very least, I feel for all the Cambridge Utd Football Club fans who have been with us all thru the season, we blew it sorry" Davie Orr on losing out in the play-offs semi-final and the F.A.Trophy final.
after 64 games 93 goals which saw the U's only lose 10 which was a great turn around from last season. Orr's U's fall at the last fence.
after spending 10 weeks at the top of the league in 4 different times, its all became abit to much for the mighty U's fans to take in, that from next season there lesser city rivals the Lilywhites will be joining them in the Conference.
The Cambridge Utd board with Davie Orr have agreed to cut ties with M.K Dons, who have servred the club over the last three seasons with players, to make way for Man City. The moves comes days after Man City parted ways with Stuart Pearce to make way for Paul Le Guen a close friend of Orrs.
