Me and a mate are trying to start a network game.
we both have hamachi and that is on.
but when i go to type in his ip address on join other server it says unable to connect to server.
does anyone have any idea why this is doing that?
also, it always worked fine on 2007 with the exact same setup

god knows mate, me and my mate have tried EVERYTHING listed on the forum and ive added his ip address to my safe list on mcafee security, its bloody frustrating isnt it?

me and my bro have been trying aswel, he is the host and starts the game, when i click on his server it connects but i cant pick a team or click on anythin but is showin tat im connected.

I got an idea its a bit radical and you need to do so some reading but how about a help thread where people ask questions related to network game problems?
Just so happens there is one at the top of the FMO forum.
Honestly I can't believe the ignorance of people. It clearly states at the top of this forum,
"New to FMO? Please Read the topics in this header before getting started!".
So people simply ignore this and the threads underneath and spam the forum with questions instead of just actually taking on board the advice given and read the threads in the forum header!!!!
