| They are prohibited because mongs start them with no thought put into them, before giving up on them weeks later. I've been running sign-up games for the last few years, and put a lot of effort into them.
I sent an e-mail to Glyn letting him know my intentions, yet never received a response. I've taken several steps to make sure that this doesn't get closed, so I expect the mods to let it stay open.
