It's nice to see a few people having a go at this. I wasn't sure anyone would be interested playing in such low profile leagues.

I'm only five games into my first year with Tai Po in Hong Kong (I told you I play at a glacial pace) and have just one win to show for it. If I can get through the year mid-table I'll be pleased and look to the offseason for improvements. I'm hoping to have the season ended by tonight and if I do I'll drop by with a summary.

I m going to go for Malaysia and am going to do it dafuge style with the whole holidaying for one year.

Gah! I have this annoying little FM habit of never being able to exceed (or really do worse, even) expectations.

Going into the year the fans and board both asked me to fight bravely against relegation and the media predicted my squad to finish 9th out of 10.

So where do you think I finished? Well, it was actually 10th rather than 9th, but the same number of points.

Definitely not unexpected as I know how well I play the game, but it doesn't stop me from continuing even if it means 10 relegation in 15 years, I'll keep plugging away.


Corintiano - Obviously it's ok to give it a go dafuge style. It's exactly what I'm doing, I just had a practice season first, hehe. Well, you say failure, I say practice.

I managed to assemble a squad for the season ahead. I signed players on the basis of: "you want to play for us? great your signed."

I have just about got a player and a sub for each position, so a very thin squad.

All the loanees went back to their clubs about a month before the season kicks off, which is odd.

Good practice there elfpower lol, are you staying in Hong Kong for the real challenge?
