This sign-up is going to be using the 7.02 update with America, England, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Holland, and Portugal loaded. I will be accepting 22 people for this with the positions as follows:

Outside defenders are allowed to have WB as a possible position.

Central midfielders may have either DMC or AMC but not both as possible.

Outside midfielders may be attacking wingers.

All midfielders and strikers can have a free role rating.

All players will have a CA of 100 and a PA of -10. You will be able to choose three technical, mental, and physical attributes as well as 1 personal data attribute to help determine your personality.

I will be controlling the US National Team and will select sign-up players as I feel they are ready for National Competition. In the event that the FA feels the need to let me go I will leave it up to the participants to decide whether I watch as unemployed or take over the team again with a new manager.

I will randomly put all players on teams in the top leagues of the European Nations selected. All players will be asked to provide an EU nation as a second nationality to avoid possible work permit issues in some leagues in the event of transfers.
