150points for qualifying for the champions league
200points for winning the eufa cup
250points for winning the premiership
300points for winning the champions league

The only thing I'd suggest is, try making it a limit on the amount of seasons to play rather than until you reach Champions League, because or else someone who takes longer to win it will be more successful as they have the oppurtunity to win much more.
