Does anyone know if there's a challenge where you start unemployed and try to make your way up the league system as quickly as possible?

dafuge's and Kimmo's challenges are similar, but require you to stay with the same team all the way through. I want a game where I'm an unloyal bastard so to say, but couldn't find anything related by searching.

I have an idea for a challenge/sign up, but I don't have a fast enough computer or technical know-how to run it. Can I create it and have someone else run it?

Basically, it goes like this:
I can't think of a name for it (open to suggestions)
Author: SCIAG
Leagues:English Premiership and Football League Championship, with optional extras
Description: I have created a database after 15 months in the game. During this time Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba and Andriy Shevchenko have left for a totoal of £78.5 million, but a fair amount of that cash has been wasted. now Roman Abarmovic's "bottomless pit" of money has reached it's bottom, and Abramovic has left with a relativly small amount of money for Russia. The club have been bought by a lifelong Chelsea fan. However, this fan has a bank balance of £5,000.23. Mourinho has cleared off to Barcalona, and the chairman has appointed his mate as manager...

The aim: With the new Chelsea squad and a budget of £1000, win the World Club Championship in 3 years. They are in it this season.

I will need someone to do a bit of editing for me. Does anyone think it will be worth running and will anyone be prepared to run it?
