Default Cheerio League One! Well, hopefully...

I was thinking: I really need something to do on Football Manager. Then I thought: Why don't I make a challenge? That thought led to: What should I base it on? Because I support Oldham, I obviously thought of them, then thought of League One.
So I based it in League One. And it all went from there...

The Aim

To win all possible things in English management, then follow it up as England manager, winning the World Cup, and European Championships.

The Rules

You must start in League One, but with any team.
You can buy a maximum of 5 players per season, and they must be either from the league below or the league you are in. This rule includes signing unsigned players.
Loan signings are allowed, they can be from one league above, your current league, or any leagues below.
You can buy as many staff as your board allows you, and they can be from any leagues.
You are allowed to buy players from abroad, but only where you board will allow you to scout.
You must select a player under the age of 20 to be in your matchday squad on 20 matches of the season at the start of every season, not including when you are England manager.
You can only accept national management when you have won everything that is possible in English domestic management.
If you win the Champions Cup before the Euro Cup then you don't have to win the Euro Cup.
You must post screenshots of every promotion, relegation, and cup that you win. Also you must post a screenshot ofyour selected player before and after the season. When you are made England manager post a screenshot and post a screenshot of your league after every season.

Points System
Promotion from League One via 1st place: 50 points
Promotion from League One via 2nd place: 40 points
Promotion from League One via the Play-Offs: 30 points
Promotion from the Championship via 1st place: 100 points
Promotion from the Championship via 2nd place: 80 points
Promotion from the Championship via the Play-Offs:70 points
Winning the Premiership: 200 points
Premiership 2nd place: 160 points
Premiership 3rd place: 150 points
Premiership 4th place: 140 points
Qualify for Euro Cup: 130 points
Win Euro Cup: 400 points
Euro Cup Runner-Up: 300 points
Champions Cup Winner: 800 points
Champions Cup Runner-Up: 600 points
England Manager: 1000 points
Win European Championships: 1500 points
Runner-Up European Championships: 1200
Win World Cup: 3000 points
Runner-Up World Cup: 2500

How to post a screenshot
First prees the Prt Scr button on your keyboard - it should be next to F12.
Then open paint and paste it to paint.
Save it as a .jpg file.
Then go on to imageshack.us and click browse.
Double click the picture you want.
When it has uploaded, click the finished picture and get the web address for it.
Copy it.
Then paste it on to a reply thing.
You are done!

Hope you will enjoy my challenge, it is my longest post ever! Get Going Now!

Player naming and tactic naming is allowed on this challenge for those of you that dont wish to see this.
I have chosen my team: obviously Oldham. Great team on the game, have adopted a 4-1-3-1-1 formation and am playing attacking style football.
My selected player is:Chris Taylor
Looks promising, hopefully will develop into a fantastic player. Was going to sign a defensive midfielder, but he played for Liverpool.
Am just about to start my first pre season game
