Start unemployed and manage a team from the conference south, You don`t have to take the first job, you can go on holiday for a few months and then see if some more teams in the south are available, It`s up to you whether you take the first job or not but you have to take a job by january. Once you`ve found a one, you have to get that team into the premiership, now the main challenge is who can get there team into the premiership and win it in quickest time.
I`ve chosen cambridge city, i went on holiday until december and came back when i was offered it. I`ve no transfer money and only 17 players in the squad and i`m at the bottom of the league, this should be fun.
I never actually looked at defuge`s challenge until now, mine is a straight forward who can get to the perm quicker and you can only manage a club in the south not north, i admit it seems similar to but i can assure you i wasn`t trying to copy his.
