Any rules for start teams? Surely it's a bit easy if you start as Chelsea/Boca/Santos/Milan/Barca etc?

How about something like you have to start at least two divisions below the top div in your country. Or, even better, name a country and division you have to start in, like Conference North/South?

You must start off as an unemployed manager with no previous experience

Sorry, my fault. Ok, well I finish for Christmas this afternoon. Home to colchester and Derby, away at West Brom and Sunderland in real life. FM07 for the rest of it. woo hoo!

Yep, it does say start off unemployed with no experience.

So that means you could end up anywhere! It will be interesting to see where people get their first jobs

Well just to try out my PC, I have started a game up with the top 2 divisions (where available) from the following countries.

Australia
Brazil
Ireland
Mexico
South Africa
South Korea
Spain
Sweden

New Zealand doesnt appear to be a playable league so that was out.

Once it has loaded up I will have a scan through the tournements to check that they are all available. (I really should be working but )

Its entirely up to you on how much of each league and how many you load. I would suggest that you have a few leagues with lower divisions playable if only for building your rep to get jobs in the bigger leagues.

If you only loaded top leagues, would you be able to get a job anywhere starting as unemployed???
