Manchester United Mid-Season Update (Conference)

All I can say is why can't we play in the Cup the way we play in the league?

Total Dominance.

Despite this and the aforementioned annihilation of Farnborough Town, we crashed out of the Euro Vase on Aggregate 3-3 to Dinaburg of Latvia. Then in the FA Cup, we got pushed to a replay thanks to Aldershot and the heroics of both Nikki Bull and Mark Pritchard. Or course we drubbed them 6-1 in the replay :p

I had to sign a lot of people to make up for losing everybody.

Man Utd Crisis Mid-season Update
Well, we're dominating the Conference, with only 1 upset - a 2-2 draw with Crawley on the first day of the season. Scoring for fun - regularly score 5 or more and the defence score more than they let in.

League Table

We're also going strong in the UEFA Cup, past the Group Stage in 1st place, best results being 3-0 v Marseille (H) and 2-0 v Palermo (A). Will play Lens in the next round.

FA Cup and FA Trophy has been easy so far, although playing West Ham in the 3rd Round next.

Only made a few signings, managed to get Heinze, Carrick and Rossi back, also signed Niemi and Vanden Borre. I prefer to make a few quality signings than lots of cheap ones. Could do with making a few in January though, team looks a bit thin atm.

This looks like a good challenge. I will be avoiding anyone who just left Man Utd on the basis that if they walked away then they wouldnt 'realistically' resign again straight away. Have picked out a few players to bring in and got my staff boosted up nicely.

Be careful with starting too many challenges up as you will probably get them closed down. Just because this one looks good, another similar one would not be anything new. If its totally different concept to this though it would be OK.
