The San Marino "Double" challenge is always a great one so with the new game out today I thought the challenge should re-issued for FM 2008 for those brave enough. :p
Sticking with the philosophy of "If it's not broke, don't fix it", here is the rules set up by Terk for the previous challenge:
The Challenge
The challenge is quite simple to explain. You have to win Serie A with San Marino (club side of course) and qualify for an international tournament with the San Marino national team.
The only real rules are not to blatantly cheat and change anything in the editor to make those teams better than they are. This is just for fun. If you want to manage both teams from the start of the game then you can play with two managers; one managing each team.
[B]Setting Up Your Game[B]
The only essential settings for this challenge are running Italy down to Serie C1 and above and to retain all players from San Marino.
If you want to play with more leagues running then that's up to you.

Ter really won't be happy about that...
Don't you mean Terk </BLOCKQUOTE>
No he meant Ter.
He started this last year. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Yeah I knew he meant Ter... I was attempting some wit and sarcasm at the initial poster for spelling Ter's name wrong. Obviously just didn't come across to well! </BLOCKQUOTE>
Ahh, I see. I thought that you might of meant that but wasn't sure so just said what I said.
It does, but dafuge started his thread, nobody else. If someone else had started a "dafuge challenge" thread yesterday, there would have been a riot!
It's a different game so there might be a change of rules and Ter might be waiting to sort out some new graphics or some other stuff.
On the other hand he might be simply waiting for the patch that may make starting a long term challenge like this irrelevant if it requires starting again to rectify some issues.
There's nothing stopping you starting the game if you want. I'm sure others have.
virtex - It's quite rude to 'steal' someone elses challenge that they have been doing for the past few years and it should really be left to the person running the challenge to update it for the new game.
I don't think you would be too happy if you were running a fairly popular challenge and someone else started it for the new game.
An updated San Marino challenge will be coming soon once I've had a chance to test it out first.
