The Rules
Load a game with all Northern Irish leagues, and if you like any other leagues, i will give you an option of loading all Northern Irish players or not.
Add yourself as the manager of any Northern Irish club EXCLUDING Linfield, although you may start with any team, You must stay as that manager for both the club challenge and the national team challenge also And before you ask you must start as the Club manager first but you can take the Northern Irish job whenever it becomes available

any other screenshots are highly reccomended and encouraged.
How to Post a Screenshot
While in FM, press the 'Prt Sc' button (usually next to F12 on your keyboard).
Open an image editing program such as Paint and paste the image
Save the file as a JPEG
Upload the image to an image hosting website such as Photobucket or Imageshack
Post the direct Url to the image here.
