full-time contracts definitely helps a lot.
jimbo , from past experience, the board never seem to care too much about the financial situation for the first few years, you should be able to scrape by until revenue from the all-ireland cup/europe qualification kicks in.

The first thing I do when at a part-time club is to offer my decent players full time contracts. Unfortunately at PVSK, and other Hungarian part-timers, they often refuse and say they would prefer a part time contract. Ironic really considering the wages offered to them both part and full time are far above what could be called a very good wage in Hungary. I wish I got paid as much as some of my part-timers even for working full-time.

Unfortunately the second season could be a tougher struggle as my scout can't seem to find the same quality the AI seemed to already have on loan at PVSK.

I'm in the All Ireland Cup this year, (I won the League Cup).

I've sold a player for £250,000 + 50% .

I've sold 3 other players totalling £150,000 .

Current balance £168,714 cr .

I'm interested to see what sort of money people are getting for their promising players doing this challenge. IE, from a weak team in a lower rep league.

What's the most you've recieved for a player. So far, I haven't sold a player (nobody wants my trash), and the most I've paid is 2k in the last 3 seasons in Hungary.

I've only sold one poorish player so far for money and that was for only 13k with monthly instalments too.

If you are not in the Norwegian top flight then it's really hard for players values to increase even if they are playing really well I've found.

Well, just had our first game of the season, we've got some good talent in the Team.

First Match

Player Ratings

The booking they got helped too! In the end, they turned out the better side, and afterwards they said the red card was controversial!
