Cups are getting in the way of a promising league start.

It is ridiculous the amount of competitions the club are entered into.

1. U18's League.
2. U18's Cup.
3. Reserves League.
4. Antrim Trophy. The Reserves play in this.
5. Intermediate Cup. The Reserves play in this.
6. Premier Division.
7. League Cup. I have played almost full strengths teams in this and am in the final.
8. Antrim Cup. The senior team play in this and I play a mixture of Seniors and Reserves
9. Northern Irish Cup. This is a route into Europe so I will be playing a senior team.
10. All Ireland Cup. (I will be in that if I finish in the top 4 league positions).

Cups suck ass .

Just not European Cups .

I usually like to watch the U18 Cup games, and have been watching the Cup games that my Ass Man is in control over with the Reserves. Although I don't select the teams, I do move players from squad to squad to influence his selections. When a player turns 17 for example, I sign him on a full time contract and he is promoted to the Reserves from the U18's. This means that he trains on a full time basis rather than part-time if he was left in the U18's. Then when the U18 Cup fixtures come around, I drop all available U18's from the Reserves to the U18's, (so that they are available for the game). Then after my Ass Man has played the game the players on full time contracts go back into the Reserves until the next U18 Cup game and so on.

Does that make sense ?

Well done and Good Look in Europe against Scandinavian opposition. </BLOCKQUOTE>

I think the European qualification in Wales should be as follows.

1. Champions League spot for 1st.
2. UEFA Cup spot for 2nd.
3. Inter Toto spot for 3rd.
4. UEFA Cup for Cup winners.

Spot on I think but if 1st plays 2nd in the cup final then 3rd gets UEFA Cup and 4th get Intertoto

Eircom League of Ireland Premier Division , Mullingar Town , 2012

Ok where do i start with this report. Absolute Toss. With Galway United basically relegated since about match day 9 , they only started to pick up points towards the end of the season, it became quite clear early on it was going to be a battle between Bray Wanderers and Mullingar Town to who was going to have to play a relegation playoff this season. A last minute equaliser at the Carlisle Grounds left me two points in front of Bray with three games to go, we both subsequently lost all three and i survived, just. My Near disasterous run in the league ran into the cups as well as i was dispatched quite quickly from both competitions in the early rounds.

On European Matters

Champions League Bohemians lost 5-1 to Dinamo Tblisi (Georgia) on agg in 1st Qual Round
UEFA Cup Shelbourne lost 4-0 to FC Moscow (Russia) on agg in 1st Qual Round
UEFA Cup Drogheda United lost to 2-0 to MTK (Hungary) on agg in 1st Qual Round
Intertoto Cork City lost 6-0 to Fram (Iceland) on agg in 1st Round

As i write this i see Bray Wanderers have survived beating University College Dublin 5-4 on agg.
A wee think will be needed for the 2013 season

Just remember to set your past experience to 'Automatic' before you start and then just post your manager profile screen on here.

Norway's leagues are great to manage in, Good Luck.

Yup! I'm on automatic, don't want to have a reputation I guess! Going for European glory in a few seasons .

Hopefully we can get John Arne Riise to come back home to Norway, he's be great in my team!

Cheers for the Luck,
