The Great Escape - Part II

I'm knackered!
What a season, have a look at the final league positions! That goal difference was purely down to my on loan ST who scored a hattrick in the final game of the season
Ofere(although you can't see it in this screenie) came on loan from my parent club Rosenborg and managed to bag 9 goals in 10 games. No surprise he was my top scorer , next highest was Joachim Thomassen with 6!
So, bottom line, we live to fight again in 2009 in the Norwegian First Division

Note to self: Recruit some better players

Linfield. have competed in Europe every year since the game started and win in the Champions League Qualifying 1st Round last year.

How stupid do I feel. I was so happy too .

Jimbo:
Col looks to be a player with some potential, a target man who might be able to play consecutive games will be a novelty for you

cookie:
Good impression of Steve McQueen, but it looks like you managed to jump the barbed wire

I forgot to mention that I got K Racing Club Genk as a parent club and this season they sent 2 strikers and a midfielder to me on loan.
Unfortunately the midfielder is slower then Forrest Gump and the strikers are as natrally fit as Darren Anderton.
Still I'm not paying for them so I'll make some use of them during the season.

Lisburn Rangers announce affiliatian with Loughgall.

It doesn't seem like that big a deal until you see this page. Who needs a youth acadamy when I can just pillage theirs and then loan them back to them! That's the plan anyway.

After i declined the national job - Ireland have appointed Keith Smith from Limerick United (2nd from bottom in First Division) , still awaiting to see who ends up with the Under 21 job i was offered. Gareth Southgate remains as manager of England despite not getting out of the group stages of Euro 2012. Gordon Strachan is managing the Scots , Don Givins the Welsh , whilst Lawrie Sanchez still rules up North
