I can't sign Burda at the moment because I can't trail in players as young as 16(at least I think that's the reason?). Will keep tabs on him though.

Yes, theirs 4 leagues deemed equally (second division group 1 - 4) you can start in any of them divisions. 3 previously unplayable clubs are promoted into each division each season.
Did you check to see if Burda was their before you holidayed?
