The differences are that 'we' were Baja this season instead of Csepel last season. This season we were away to face the fanatic Fradi fans. But, this time we had a full team, so how much difference would it make?

This was the result

The score could have been even bigger as we had a perfectly legitimate goal ruled offside, and as you can see, missed the penalty.

Seems to be a good day for big cup results.

In the league we have 2 draws and 3 losses. Still better than our first 5 games last season.
Quality result against a big club.

Burda News: He turns 17 and had reason for a double celebration because aswell as his birthday he also put pen to paper on a 5 year contract.

I'm guessing that being a youngster, his wage demands aren't too high. But, do you think he will get greedy as time goes by?
Also, do you think he will stay if the club doesn't become a bigger club?

ie, what has Burda been like in this regard in the past? Maybe Cookie has some idea of this as well.

This is the first time i've managed him, so I don't really know if he'll get greedy or not or if he'll be prepared to stay on in the future? Having said all that their is still no guarantee he'll become top notch like when Cookie had him last? He's currently paid 50 pound per week on a full time for a 5 year duration.

What I have noticed though is that some of the Tippeligaen's clubs bigger stars have requested to move to bigger clubs, so nothings going to be certain. All this adds to the difficulty of the challenge though heh.

When i had him i never had to pay him masses. When he became an international he wanted a bit more but nothing unreasonable, but you never know

Lillestrom qualify for the group stage of the Champions League and surprisingly they are only 7th in the Tippeligaen.

Burda News: The boy wonder just scored his first senior goal for the club. First of many I hope. His natural fitness and stamina attributes aren't that high and our physio seems to think he's got a fitness related problem?

In Denmark, I went for Kalundborg in the Danish Second Division West

Here is my Profile
Plus I wanted to know what everyone thinks of my Target Man, especially Jimbo who likes those target men . He won 32 of 43 headers in Pre-Season
I have finished Pre-Season and I won 2 and lost 2 with my final game of Pre-Season being a 7-1 demolition of my reserves

Predicted to finish 11th I'm hoping for a top half finish, tbh I'm not really sure what to expect

Before I even look at him, I would have to say that 32 of 43 isn't that good a percentage really. A really good Target Man should be able to win in excess of 90% of headers. Your guy is winning about 75%.

Now I've looked at him..... lowish work rate and determination. Doesn't really do it for me, sorry.

aaberdeenn. Yeah looks decent, his attributes will go up further as the season progresses too. But maybe Jimbo can give you a more detailed evaluation.

Jimbo. What our physio actually said was 'he will have difficulty sustaining his fitness levels'? That's not surprising having just looked at his natural fitness and it's only 4! and his stamina only 7.
