The omens were looking good for the Intermediate Cup Final.

We were classed as pretty hot favourites which surprised me.

It would be an historic day either way.

The Final. Check out the attendance.

Evidence of my stupidity. Check out the substitutions.

Really gutted .

I hardly get any money too just because Larne Olympic were classed as the home team so the stoopid blinkin game assumes it's just a Reserve fixture .

Ok, I was officially relegated with 5 games to go. Irrelevant really, as I lost those last 5 games anyway, to finish with:
2 wins, 5 draws, 23 losses, 11pts. Dead last. Pathetic really.

On the 19th June, I got 6 youngsters promoted to my squad. Where were they last season?
Also irrelevant as this was the same day I got fired. Three clubs came up that had not been to this level before and had no manager. I applied to all three and just one day later got offered a job at Baja, also in the Hungarian Div II East.

A bit of deja vu

and a glutten for punishment

Maybe I should have held out a bit longer as one of the promoted clubs was professional and had a feeder club in Ukraine.
Still, Baja have given me a 5,500 pound transfer budget. Time to put that transfer budget theory of last season to the test.

Unfortunately, whilst I was about half way through pre-season my Lillehammer game got corrupted so I will have to start again and I decided that I wanted to try a league that hasn't been chosen yet so I have this choice, I think...

Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Israel, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and Wales.

I'm not sure where to go so I want your ideas on where to go.

Because we're in our mid season break I gave him a run out for the under 19s, he scored and also got injured (nothing too bad, just 2 weeks on the sidelines with a minor injury).

I like the Scandinavian counties if i'm honest. If not one of them then maybe: Austria, Poland or Switerland.

Unlucky Jimbo.

There will be plenty more finals for you in the future, I have a feeling.

Wow, quite a popular final.
Hmmmm.... taking all your goalscorers off never bodes well for a penalty shootout. I'm glad you pointed it out though.

Unlucky.

I'll update the list sometime tonight.

Burda watch: He makes his Stavanger IF first team debut at the age of 16. Coming on as sub, no goal but he did get a 7 rating.
