I sense to obese female is about to make melody.
I managed to sign a 39yo GK, a 36yo and 19yo ST on free transfers to make 9 players, but it didn't seem to make much difference.
A talented DR and another MC will be joining when transfer window opens on Jan 16th. We are on a winter break right now, and resume play early in March. This situation, however, looks well beyond salvation. With only 12 games left, I feel I should think about which team may come up next season.
A pity, as we got a 3rd round cup draw against Ferencvaros, one of Hungary's best teams, and now have 185k in the bank. No transfer budget though, but even if I could get some players in now, I fear it is too late.
It has been a bit frustrating as when I offered 0k for decent players, they cam back asking for 1k or 2k. With just a 10k budget I feel I could have built a decent team.
Oh well, maybe next season.

It commences early November, so just when these leagues are finishing and it starts as a group stage then develops into a knock out tournament. The idea of the competition was to keep the clubs involved in Europe match fit in readiness for European games. The final is on the 24 May.

| That's quite a dire situation you are in.
Looks like a tough job managing in Hungary.

Mullan only 5'11", but an excellent jumper and VERY determined.
He's scoring indirect free-kicks, ie he is heading someone else's free-kick in, to an often unguarded net as the keeper flails away in no-mans land.
He's ok at spot-kicks, but hit the post with 1 and had another saved. Mullan. Mullan Stats. Mullan History. |

Only scoring 6 goals in 18 games would be a little concerning. Have you changed your tactics around much to see if that will work?
I'm a great advocate of "never say die" but i do think that you've just been admitted into intensive care and the future's bleak at Csepel :thdn:
Hope youhave better luck next season whoever you are managing  |

I always found that acceleration is very handy for a player who is going to be decent in the air.

Congratulations to Skjetten Fotball on promotion to the Norweigan First Division

Jimbo did you get him in or was he already at Lisburn when you arrived? Do you ever throw him up front when you are chasing a game?

| That's not quite what I meant.
I think that some of the clubs that I am coming up against in these Cup Competitions are classed as non-league, but are actually playing in your league structure, which is not active in my game.
It's the clubs in your league that I'm thinking of. Derry are from N.Ireland, but I think there are more too.

Ok i'm in on this one, i had absolutely no success with dafuges challenge... so heres hoping i'll have more success with this one.
I chose the norwegian leagues coz i have never managed there before and it seemed like a good place to start!
Here is my profile, http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...18/profile.jpg
