Ok, I've decided to join this on the side. My part-time manager really will be part time.

My Profile

I will be managing in Hungary and have taken the...... ahem... mighty Csepel

As you can see, with no players, I have a bit of a mission ahead of me. There are also no staff, no money and a chairman who wants to leave. I love the start of these games.

Right im about to start my first match but before i do i want to update you on whats been going on recently.

Firstly I got taken over by one of my board members however he didnt inject any money and to make matters worse he cancelled all my links with other teams so all the players i had from my parent club have now gone back.

Also here is a screenshot of all the players I have brought in.
here

Finally I have the title odds where the best i can hope for is 'mid table' which Im happy with because its not relegation is it!

Il update once i've played a few matches, used the formation im using and seen who is any good

I have a problem with player naming because im playing in Russia and i cant pronounce or spell any players names or teams for that matter. But ill do it anyway just slightly less often maybe than others.

See you soon! anthony130791

As me and my Lisburn Rangers team progress through the leagues, (hopefully), I thought I would keep an eye on how well the N.Ireland European entried do in European competition. Let's be honest, it will give me something to do while my Ass Man sorts out pre-season.

Good idea, Jimbo. I think everyone should do the same thing, so that we get a nice portrait of all nations chosen for that challenge...

Wow! you had alot of money to spend their heh? What was your transfer budget like?

I think it's good when your title odds aren't that high. If you can then out perform them then it's an easy way to please the board and fans.

Give them nick-names if it helps.

All my players always have nicknames. Sometimes they're just abbreviations or initials.

Lisburn Rangers first League game wasn't without incident, but only 158 people turned up to have a look.

Banbridge were relegated from the N.Irish First Divison last season, so this was a pretty decent result.

Both their spot-kicks were on target and saved by my keeper .

My spot kick hit the post which is almost on target .

Despite the early wobble that was defeat on pens to my U18's, we went the rest of pre-season undefeated and even drew with Premiership opposition.

Although the game against Banbridge was our first League game, we have just played our 7th, (that's correct seventh), cup game of the season.

The Intermediate League Cup thingy, seems to be a mini league system equivelant of the Johnston Paint Trophy thingy, (restricted to clubs below top flight). We didn't guite qualify for the knockout stages but we had a damn good go. Very happy with this start.

N.Ireland Results. 2006.

Friendly. Finland (away). Lost 2-0.
Euro Champs Qual. Group F. Iceland (home). Won 2-1.
Euro Champs Qual. Group F. Spain (home). Lost 2-0.
Euro Champs Qual. Group F. Denmark (away). Lost 1-0.
Euro Champs Qual. Group F. Latvia (home). Lost 2-0.

Yes they gave me 80k to spend and the club balance is around 700k so i was dissapointed they didnt give me more.

Also il just give players proper name so that others can search for them if they are any good.
