It should be more prominent with a small database, it will also mean your game runs faster which is good if you are planning on running this for a long time.

The updates should really be based on those countries' clubs performances in Europe, and the national teams performances. The coefficients for clubs and countries will be of great use for this.

I would choose 5 small-ish countries to load and 5 big countries, so you can give a report on all 10 countries that gives some direct comparisons between loaded and unloaded countries.

I was thinking Austria, Belarus, Hungary, Iceland and Slovenia.

Actually, thinking about it, it would be better to pick 5 other similar nations to report on without loading them. This should give a much better comparison.

Perhaps you could pick 5 pairs of countries and set it up as a competition.

For example:

Brazil vs Argentina
England vs Spain
Belgium vs Holland
Sweden vs Denmark
Northern Ireland vs Wales

Where the home country has leagues loaded and the away doesn't.

It might be a good idea to pick the underdog in each match to be the country that is loaded, that way they might have a chance to catch up the other team.

This idea sounds good, I'd like to do it myself if I wasn't involved in other things.
