Salman Van Dahash has NEC interested in him. They’re just one spot higher than RBC in the Dutch First Division though. RBC is currently 16th.
(I’ll post more screenies of all the leagues again at the end of January.)

Dec. 28th 2007

Milan have apparently made a new offer for Betis’ Brad Harper. (No mention of what happened to the previous bid.)
Lyon have also made an offer, quickly followed by Liverpool and Inter.

Dec. 31st 2007

Ryan van der Anders rejects Liverpool’s new contract offer, wanting a higher appearance bonus. He still has a contract until June 2009 though.

Jan. 1st 2008

Betis have accepted the offers for Brad Harper from Milan and Lyon. They rejected Liverpool’s offer

Player stat screenies:

Hollnad
Belgium
Luxembourg

Injury update:
Ruud van Titchen: 3-5 days (strained wrist)
Teejay Vizzy: 1-3 days (concussion)
Daniele Ruggiero: 5 days – 2 weeks (damaged heel)
Josh McLachlan: 1 day – 1 week (slipped disc)
Johann Van Basten: 1 day (damaged heel)
Fabio Maldini: 3 weeks – 1 month (dislocated shoulder)

And another World Ranking update:

Holland: 7th
Belgium: 34th
Luxembourg: 151st

So Luxembourg is starting to drop down again. I suppose the real surge up the rankings will come once they start more consistently drawing and winning a few matches here and there.

(I will be busy most of the rest of the day, but should get a few more updates up tonight)

WTF is up with Milan? Why aren't any other clubs able to spot the huge potential in these players? Seems absurd that of the 33 guys that started, up to 9 may be there soon enough, and all this after just one and a half seasons.

I would have thought that the Prem would be the main destination point just because of the far greater pools of money floating around there. But whatever, as long as the Milan coach learns to get us all in the first team there won't too many complaints.

Started my first game at last I see. Almost 4 dribbles per game aswell isn't too bad!

Hopefully I'll start making more appearences in the first team. Desperate to get called up to the Dutch squad!

Yes, I'm a bit surprised by it as well.
It doesn't really seem to be a lack of other teams being able to spot the talent though. It's just that whenever Milan is in the bidding, no matter which other top teams are an option, the players always pick Milan. Don't think anyone's ever picked another team over Milan yet.

I did expect some players to end up at Chelsea though, but they are surprisngly calm so far. Chaocmans picked Milan over Chelsea, and I think they were in the running for two or three other players last season, but that's about it.
I guess they'll wait until the youngsters all top players and then buy them for loads of money instead.

Another small update before I'm really out the door:

Jan. 1st 2008

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has expressed his delight over goalkeeper Jordan’s current form. Jordan is currently keeping his former tutor Jens Lehmann on the bench.

Jan. 2nd 2008

Ulfke Chaocmans travels to Milan to join his new team, having picked up a cold along the way.

While Wigan makes an offer to keep him on loan for an extra three months, Rip van Winkle extends his contract at Arsenal until June 2012.

Looks like Tjebbe-Willem Hermanus is turning into Mr. Assist! Already 4 assists recorded. He must be quite an offensively minded right back then!

Also looks like he's a reliable and consistent performer. 7.04 avg rating in 16 matches. Not too shabby eh?

Rip van Winkle finally gets some game time, just before the loan spell ends (well that was worthwhile wasnt it )

Played 4 games near start of season and have only played one since then, no wonder we went out of the Champo League with me not playing.

Hopefully the manager will see sense and either loan me out to somewhere or actually give me a chance in the first team.

Palermo > Milan

When they play me.

We finished 3rd in Champions League group, so we'll go through to the UEFA Cup?

Wow, even more updates to go through. You are quite prompt, Coach.

Odd. Dodji has 1/12 of my value, yet makes three times more than me. Something is not right here. Methinks I need to hire Scott Boras.

Of course England goes down in an embarassing defeat. What else did you expect?

Congrats to the Dutch for winning the U19. At least you beat those smelly Italians.

Inetesting that my adopted homeland in this thread is playing my actual homeland in real life. There should be a lot of conflicting emotions for me in that game.

Yet another injury to my arm. I don't need arms to play soccer! And again I miss a call-up because of it!!! Damn it all!

Our manager is a blooming idiot. The FA should sent him packing post haste! Especially for not picking me!

At least he had enough smarts to call me up for the next round. Decimatedf us for Belgium tho. Sorry to hang you out to dry, Dodji.

Very disappointing results against Belarus and Romania. I really hate this w**ker we have managing. He doesn't know how to handle anything.

I apparently have a goal. Is it for the side itself or for the reserves?

Liverpool are atop the Premiership. As it should be

I'm a star player in Luxembourg! Woo! Maybe now I can finally start getting free stuff. Because everybody loves free stuff.

Tbh, I'm OK with that result. My homeland won, and I scored. Pretty decent.

Haha, Walcott. I think you may be onto something with that Liechtenstein comment. Check his papers!

Really disappointed we gave up that late a goal to Holland. Thought we had something there.

Up to 7 goals now! If they are all for the senior side, I am going to be so stoked.

Liverpool are moving on in the Champs league. Of course. Wonder if I played any though......
Interesting to see a Romanian side thats not from Bucharest in the group stage and Red Bull Salzburg as well.

That's right, rejecting that contract. I better be getting more than Dodji!

Can't wait for tomorrows updates, Coach. KUTGW!
