After his 11th appearance for AGOVV, Rafael van Nistelrooy now also becomes jaded and in need of a rest. Zalim of Satas, who had the same problem a week ago, has since played two more matches for Go Ahead. Both teams now have 10 days until their next match though.

FC Eindhoven’s Gary Vandertore out for 2-3 months with a slipped disc.
Meanwhile, some more international news:
Serbia – Belgium (Euro Qual)
3 – 1
Bulgaria – Holland (Euro Qual)
0 – 2
Slovenia – Luxembourg (Euro Qual)
3 – 0
However, more importantly…
With a batch of Euro U19 Qual matches just a few days away, it now looks pretty much certain that we’ll see some international debuts very soon.
Nine of the Luxembourgians are now listed in the nation’s U19 squad. Only Jai Wallace and Josh McLachlan, both still injured, are not included.
Sadly, none of the Belgians or Dutch seem to have made it into their U19 squad at this time.
Luxembourg will play Israel first, on Oct. 10th. Stay tuned.
