Default Can you make them giants again?

Hope everyone enjoys this challenge, if someone does it it will be the first challenge of my own that anyone has started except me.

The Aim
To win the Premier League, Euro Cup, Champions Cup, Euro Super Cup and Club World Championships with a sleeping giant.
The Rules
Load any database higher than small and select only the british leagues, with no extra players selected.
Experience must be Sunday League Footballer, this will make it harder to attract players to your club and therefore make the challenge harder!
Nationalities must only be that of your own, no cheating.
At the start of every season you must select 2 players under the age of 20 that must start in at least 20 games that season. Post a screenshot of them at the start and end of each season.
Only 3 signings are allowed per season - including coaches - and they must all be English. You are allowed to sign as many free transfers as your board allows and they can be any nationality.
Your signings must be from areas that your board allows your scouts to access.
In ALL of your matchday squads there must be at least 3 English/homegrown players - there is no way of you proving this to me so I will have to take your word for it that you haven't cheated.
You cannot move clubs unless sacked and if this happens you must start the challenge again, but you will still have the points you gained at your previous club.
International management is allowed only when managing in the Premier League and it can only be the job of English manager.
If you are appointed English manager, you must stay with your club and have to have at least one player from your domestic club in each of your squads.

By the way, Player and Tactic naming is allowed.
At the begginning of your game your profile is only loaded up to League One as well.

My chosen team is Huddersfield Town. I have told my board that I am mounting a promotion challenge so my budget is 190k and my wage budget is 32.5k. My first chosen player is JoeSkarz and he looks quite good. Will post my second one later.

These do not include loan signings which you are allowed 3 of as well

My first of my 3 signings is coach Tony Adams
I have also got Danny Dowson on loan from Sunderland. He is my other under 20 player. I am just about to start my first friendly.
