Default Goal scoring machines.

How to pair Rooney and Rossi up front? what player and team instruction to give them? they dont scored alot of goals. just a couple. Pls help me on this.Its a waste if they dont score cos i know they can.

It might not be their fault - are the midfielders behind them playing balls into them in the manner they'd like best?

Personally I'd play rooney behind Rossi as a holding striker (ie. give him hold up the ball, long shots etc. and give Rossi a more attacking set of options) ... but to be honest they're a talented pair that the options available are pretty fairly open really ...

Who hold up the ball? Do u mean Rooney or Rossi? And what do u mean by a more attacking set of options? Im playing Crystal Palace. When Rossi at Man Utd he can scored 30 something of goals a season but when i bought him he is not as effective as that. maybe only 10 goals a season. So i really dont know what is the problem.

I am Kiddi harriers (Conference) and i signed Liam Lawrence (sunderland) on a free after he was released he scores loads almost 2 a game.
Excellent Penalty Taker.

Rooney as the holding striker - sorry if I didn't make the clear.

As I mentioned in the original post classy strikers on their own isn't enough to score consistently ... they need support throughout the team.

(also whata age are they?)
