you need to take time to maneuver your tactics,bring in some young under-21 talent give them a shot at the big time and excercise your managerial successes on a bigger and greater challenge level of the greatest level there is and wear that wales and french flag with pride and bring the whole country UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!

I play with Rangers and did not get offered the place on the board until I had won 12 titles in a row. I had won 4 domestic trebles in a row and in the season I was offered the place on the board I also won the Champions League.

It seems you need quite a bit of success to be offered the place on the board.
