Would be great to have some more info on training and possibly more depth on the tactics side of things (like does giving strikers a 'free role' help or hinder their scoring ability or something like that!)

I am trying to transfer players from foreign league's into english league. I am changing the country at the top and then typing in the name of the club but they have not transferred when i open the game. Any tips?
