My name is OMDave. With my knowledge of French Flair, I will be leading Southampton to shock glory.

I'm at the end of the queue as always. Gricehead is my name, I'm a grumpy bugger but I have a lot of reason to be so, as I will be stuck with West Brom. Bloody fix.

Just a quick runthrough of the technics of the game. I have edited the English League to be a British League. A manager is added at Weymouth who will be on hols and takes no part in the game. Only yhe British Leagues are running, on large db. The game is of course on FM05.

Each Premiership team has £100M to spend in the first season, and future budgets will depend on success. The managers in the game will act as normal AI managers so they can get sacked, get foreign and international jobs and whatever else. Points will be scored only when you're managing a team in the Premiership, although you can gain points from other competitions and if you have a national job but you need to be in the Premiership for them to count.

The points will be awarded as 1pt for every Premiership point gained, 3 pts for every FA Cup/League Cup tie won, with an extra 5 pts for winning either cup.

In Europe, all matches won gain 3pts. Quarter finals and semis gain an extra point and winning the CL gains 10pts with 5 for the UEFA.

International teams gain 3pts for a win.

Draws in any cup competition, domestic, europe, or international gain no points at all, only wins count.

Points are accumulted each season, and the person with the most points when I get bored is the winner. Hopefully we can get a decent number of seasons.

Oh the snag. If you get sacked from a club side, you lose all the points you have acquired until that point. An International sacking will cost you half your current points. Thats it.

to make it more interesting, points will be multiplied by the number of seasons played. So, in season one you gain points times 1, in season two the points are doubled, season three trebled and so on. You can bank your points at any time by saying bank in the thread, and any points you have at whatever state the game is in, you will keep, and you start your points total as if you were in season 1 again. It all depends how confident you are in your manager
