Morton sign Chelsea youngster and Loan Man Utd Kid

Morton's latest additions to their squad are Young Danish striker Mads Timm of Man Utd and Chelsea's transfer listed left back Sam Tillen rumours are that Morton are tracking Ryan McCann of St Johnstone, whom they play in the challenge cup 2nd round, but whether he'd be prepared to drop down a league is unknown, what is known is that he is just inside the remaining 26k funds left of Morton and they can make the offer without putting on financial strain.

Morton are Mads about Timm!!

Morton faught through a tough test at home to Stirling Albion as they won by 3 goals to 1. Morton took the lead through Paul Walker after the away side had squandered 2 good chances. Paul Di Giacomo levelled on the 70th minute against the run of play and on the counter but only minutes later Timm became the hero as he scored twice to make it 3-1 and all three points went to the home side.

Templeman scores screamer in 3-1 win

Chris Templeman marked his return to the 1st team with a brace as Morton won 3-1 again! Dumbarton rarely threatend as Tam Brighton netted the opener from the left hand side of the box curling it past the helpless Keeper. Templeman then came in to his own as he netted a low drive just after 15mins of play and then from the kick off Morton won possesion and punted it forward Templeman controlled then thumped a stunning volley into the top corner from 35 yards which lit up the crowd. Steven Hislop must surely have tried the managers patience to the limits now, he continued to miss chances and what looked like a good signing has turned into a disapointment.

Morton 3-1 Dumbarton - Cappielow Att - 2538

Goals - Brighton, Templeman (2)
Injuries -
MoM - Brighton (9) - Morton
