OK it's the start of a new year, FM06 has it's 2nd patch, lets see if we can get a decent FMS challenge for the first half of the year.

Try to keep challenges simple, but interesting. Theres little point in a challenge that requires 50 leagues to play and takes 100 years to complete, likewise of the challenge is too simple and easy it gets boring.

If you are unsure how a challenge should be structured, have a look at the other challenge threads, but don't overly worry at this stage as we can work on that later if needed.
