I'm Liverpool, third season in. Made 3 signings in my 2nd season when i won the premiership after finishing 3rd my first season.

I'm currently 2nd in the Premiership, 10 games in. Both Carragher and Gerrard are concerned I lack managerial disicpline, yet i've not a clue what i've done or what I can do to correct that?

Have you been warning/fining players for getting sent off, missing training etc?

Do you have the patch installed? Pre-patch the players would say "concerned about lack of managerial discipline" for no real reason.

dafuge is spot on. I'm managing Wigan, and am having a lot of trouble with red cards. I decided not to fine or warn a player whose sending off was unjust (and confirmed by the FA keeping quiet) but still had this issue with one or two players feeling I'm lacking discipline.

Interestingly, at the same time, I've had quite a few players not bother turning up for training. All of them got a two week fine, which sorted everything out.

I just told the media that I agreed that my own team had been given a goal when Didier Drogba was offside, and now John Terry is 'worried by the lack of managerial discipline'. Crazy.

On my everton game, Antonio Di Natale got sent off and after the game the F.A kept quiet but now Cahill and Howard think i lack discipline
