canvey!! Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	If you make sure that your assistant manager doesn't renew contracts, you can let them run out. Although alternatively, I think you might be able to offer them an amateur contract, and once they accept, terminate it for nothing, although I'm not too sure about that.
