Regens not very good anymore??

i'm not sure if enough regens are being generated with a good enough pa, but i'm sure that there's a problem with their reputation that's causing international teams to stick with old non-regens for far too long

The reason scout stars always seem low is simply because scouts can't gauge a player's abilities very accurately anymore. Especially when they're young and their stats look poor.

your wrong. Coaches at clubs can tell straight away when they have a special player. The likes of Rooney, Walcotts and Gerrards talents were spotted really early

My scouts are decent and I send them out all over the world but all them seem to find me is players lower then 4 stars.

The stars rating is based on what you have already at your club. If you cant find players with a lot of stars it just means you have a really good team already.

(Or possibly one worldclass versatile player, I know my scouts think everyone they scout at DL, DR, DC and DMC is worthless because they dont have the potential to be better than Micah Richards. Just a shame I cant play him in all those positions at once

I think you have to look at the wording in the scout report. Rather than the stars alone.

See whether it says "leading Premiership player" or look at how well his potential compares to the players that you have.
