How come some people say that they got offered the iraq, andorra, serbia jobs when on my games you can only be like 20 different country not including any of the above 3

When you start a new game, you can 'load all players from nation...' - click the drop down box, select the country/ies you want to be available to manage and they'll appear on the team select screen.

For you too manage a nation there needs to be at least 150 players in the database from that nation.
