I got the Woodlands job almost right away, and I'm pretty sure tere are at least two teams in England alone who start without managers (Wigan?). By November, many many teams had managers on the verge of sack-dom too.
I loaded the top two leagues from Scotland, Italy, France, Spain and England till League 2 in addition to Singapore by the way.

I got offered a few crappy jobs in Spain with automatic experience, and even a job in serie B in Italy! But I wanted a job in England, so imagine my disgust when Rochdale wouldn't give me a job! I made a save at this point and carried on into march with no jobs available and the only ones on the horizon a couple of mid table blue square teams with unsecure managers. So I reloaded the save before Rochdale appointed a new manager and had to make myself ex-pro to finally get the job. To be fair though my competition was David Hodgson who would've been a better choice realistically.

started off unemployed with reputation of sunday league footballer and got offerd the farsley celtic job in the BSP after just 2 days . first season was a struggle and got relegated , mainly due to the lack of goals i scored , although my 1-4-4-1 formation was quite succesful . in my 2nd season atm , currently sitting 13th with 12 points after 9 games , picked up a few bargains along the way , with michael mackay , 7 goals in 9 apps , being the pick of them . im hoping for a top half finish this season and then ill hopefully get offerd a new contract and lead farslay back to the BSP , and maybse even the football league . making this game a career game
