I dont know if this happens to u guys as well but listen up. I managed Udinese for the first seasin without any transfers allowed. My team was

Handanovic (GK)Ferroneti/Lucovic(DR) Zapata (DC) Felipe (DC) Dossena (DL)Pinzi/Sivok (DMC)Mesto (MR) Di Natale (ML)D'Agostino/Gokhan (AMC)GYAN (ST) QUAGLIARETA/FLORO (ST)

Now with this team I was able to finish 2nd just behind Inter who was almost undeafeted. Then I signed some new (a) Riquelme , (b) Pasanen , (c) Kewell , (d) Motta
And after my board sold Zapata grr and I offloaded some (a) Rafinha (14.5m) , and (b) Pirlo (25m) who was unh with Milan bc they didnt play him - very weird

Anw...I really had high hopes for my team after signing so many stars. I was careful not to make to many changes in my team so that they dont get disorganized. Anw after 10 games my record is miserable I keep losing, I create no opportunity for goals, Pirlo is playing horribly so is riquelme who makes passing mistakes. I am really angry and thinking of starting over again. I find that during the first year it is always much easier, I find no other way to explain this.

Any suggestions or comments pls? I need some help, or else 1week of playing will go down the drain.

You probably destroyed the coherence of your team. New signings need time to gel in their new environment. So probably things will get better once the newcomers gel in, and of course when morale goes back up (if it has fallen).

You need the team to gel. Depends on several factors though whether they gel quickly or not.

Always seems to be the case when you sign a new player though. Suppose thats football..

if you only waited one season, you could have signed pirlo with only 4m as he become in the reserves in his 3rd season. anyways, too many signings especially from abroad can disturb your team. they also need some time to fit in.

from my experience, hiring more then 3 players and replace the old ones by them will break the coherence ouf your team, however world class players seem to adapt very fast. when i hire someone that isn´t a worlc class player i loan them 1 year to a team from the same league where i play and after 1 year they're ready to play. bringing many new players might also lower other player morale because they might start to think that they will soon be replaced.
