I've just taken over the England job but there is no Assistant Manager - Is there any way to appoint one?

Just browse through the staff search screen and once you find someone that takes your fancy you, view their profile and bottom left where approach to sign usually is there should be an option to appoint role as ass man, under 21's coach, under 19's coach.

This part of the game could be improved actually.

When a new England manager starts it would be good to have a news peice notifying you that you need to appoint an assistant / coach or 2. As im sure a lot of gamers forget to do this.
