There are some at the start of the game, but I've never seen a female regen.

Has anyone else?

If not, could this be changed in FM09?

Female staff options is something I and also a few other girls/women that play FM have been asking for for quiet awhile. I mean speaking of realism I guess women won't manage the big teams but neither would atleast 99.9% of the rest of the gamers. I just want to play the game as myself and get some female staff atleast on positions where it is realistic.

Alloa Athletic have a female physio Vanessa Smith, her predecessor in the job was also female.

Just looked in the editor and there is actually quite a few female staff members. Maybe someone should suggest to Hope Powell that she applies for the job of managing the fellas!
