I'm in the process of building a tactic that incorporates various ideas given over the last few months to see if I get any joy.

One of the things I read by someone (the name escapes me) was an interesting idea on lining up a players creativity on the slider with his stats. Eg if a player has 17 for creativity then you align the slider 17 notches, and do the same for each player.

I was wondering what are peoples views on this idea?

My thinking is that if a centre back has high creativity and you align that accordingly is there not a danger that he will be out of position etc?

I generally stick to low creative freedom with defenders. In fact, all over the pitch, I only give REALLY good players more.

Creativity and creative freedom arent the same thing. If I were to match anything up with creative freedom it would be decisions.

I only give high creative freedom to a player with great all round ability, with good decisions being essential.
