 Work Permit Issue.
I've got Josip Skoko in my Wigan team whose contract has expired. I've tried loads to renew his contract, but he can't get a work permit.
The issue is that he is "Considering citizenship" for Belgium. He wants to stay, and I want him to stay. Wouldn't taking the citizenship sort him out? Does he have to be living/playing in Belgium for it to come into affect?
