The length of the bar is determined by how many players are trained in that category (but for shooting I have everyone in there, but some are put on very light, maybe they need to be on medium to be considered as on the schedule)
The lighter the shade of blue might mean how intense players are being trained in that category, I'd say that tactics is my most intense category as all my players have medium or more, some have it on heavy, so therefor it looks the way it does.
Some parts of the bar might represent how long untill I need 2 coached on one schedule.
