i dont even know if this would be possible at all. but i would love to be able to do different jobs in football manager. maybe start as a scout or a coach and progress to manager status. This may sound boring to some people but im sure the FM team could come up with exciting jobs and features for each role ?. Again i have no idea how this might be done. or even if it could be done but it would be FANTASTIC eh?.
One more thing. its a shame you cant do anything with your wages in football manager. Even simple things like upgrading your house or car would be good maybe even some investing in a club!
I Would Agree With You Mate, I Used To Play On Total Club Manager 2001 And You Could Have Boats, Cars, Houses And Wifes. It Just Add's To The Reality Of The Game.
This idea gets brought up alot and most people post smat arse replies like 'go buy FIFA manager!'. Can you even be a scout in FIFA Manager?
I think it would be awesome but not yet. Also, I don't think you should start out as a scout or coach. I would however, like to see the option to be an assistant manager and maybe a youth team coach. That way you could have a real sense of achievement rising up through the jobs. I don't want to see it yet though, I'd prefer SI to get more features sorted out before implementing this as it would be a big job.
I think buying stuff would be rubbish, as would being a physio, scout or even coach or chairman, but I can see the argument for being an assistant manager. What would the point be in buying cars and houses? It would be a pointless feature, and to be frank it wouldn't add to your enjoyment at all.

I didn't see this part I disagree with this. The wages are there for stability. There is already a reason for them and spending them is rather pointless really.
I think I owe Neji and neO2oo3 and apology, I was answering like a twat and I tell people off for it. Sorry.
neO2oo3 - I wouldn't really like to buy mansions etc etc because then people would want to buy stuff like drink, drugs and ruin their careers which is really nonsense for a fun computer game.
