1) On a players profile page under "personal" it states Defender, Centreback, Midfielder etc....

So if you get someone whose Personal file states Midfielder but under Positions DR is accomplished can he then play as a DR? or has he got to stay as a Midfielder

2) I am managing Leeds Utd in League One (my favourite team sorry!!!) and Seb Carole is showing as a winger with 14 for pace but only 8 for crossing & 9 for dribbling, now according to other threads that I have read I should be looking for at least 11 for stats in this position. So do I get rid of him. Any advice please?

If he is an accomplished DR then you can certainly play him in the right fullback position without a determental effect due to his position.

However you still need to consider his attributes.

In terms of Seb Carole I don't thinl you need to get rid just because his stats aren't 11 or higher.

Consider if he has the attibutes that fit into your style of play and/or play to his strengths when setting up his instructions.

Value a player on his performances not on his ability.
