I've seen a lot of menions of a PA of -9 and -10...
WHAT ON EARTH DOES THIS MEAN?

It's not urgent or anything but could someone explain this to me?

the higher the minus the better the player could become out of -10 e.g a player with -1 will probably end up rubbish and a player with -10 will probably be amazing

why not just a rating out of 10

so if a player has a PA of -10, then they are going to be really good?

and how does this relate to the PA scale of 0-200

ignore the talk of PA and enjoy the game.

-10 PA means that when the game is started, the player will have a PA anywhere between 170-200, it is just luck.

-9 PA means that when the game is started the player will have a PA anywhere between 150-170.
