Monnet-Paquet of AS Monaco is an excellent and often overlooked prospect. He's 18 at the start of the game though.

Anyway, Gabriel Torje is another option, he's best as a right winger though, starts with a couple good PPMs

Try Christian Nazarith he usually turns out good and only 16 at start of game he is Columbian

for me Danny Haynes will me my choose.
lighting quick with super finishing.
1st season won;t be super, but after 1st or secason
you will know how good he is, if he score in a match, let him play the next~ and he just keep scoring.. he can score aound 2x a season in the premier league.
