Apologies for the long title. Me and couple of mates are about to start a network game. Can anyone tell me if I'm not the host and say I've got a day off can I still look for players sort my squad/contracts etc out without the host playing?

I think you should be apologizing for failing to read a forum header that's huge and in big bold letters yet you still manage to ignore it. So all that typing for nothing. In the forum header there is a link to the help thread, post in there.
